    1. Equipment Malfunctions or Defects: If rented equipment is defective or non-functional upon delivery, a refund will be issued for the specific equipment or its rental price. The following conditions apply:
      • The equipment must be demonstrated to be defective as a standalone piece of gear.
      • Equipment that is non-functional due to incorrect configuration or improper use is not eligible for a refund.
    2. Late Delivery: If gear is delivered 1 hour or more past the scheduled delivery time, a refund may be issued for the delayed equipment's rental price.

2. No Refund for Cancellations

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, regardless of the notice period.
