• Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
  1. Equipment Malfunctions or Defects: If rented equipment is defective or non-functional upon delivery, a refund will be issued for the specific equipment or its rental price. The following conditions apply:
     • The equipment must be demonstrated to be defective as a standalone piece of gear.
     • Equipment that is non-functional due to incorrect configuration or improper use is not eligible for a refund.
  2. Late Delivery: If gear is delivered 1 hour or more past the scheduled delivery time, a refund may be issued for the delayed equipment's rental price.

2. No Refund for Cancellations

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, regardless of the notice period.

3. Refund Process

• Include your order details, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Any fees associated with custom orders, expedited services, or delivery are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
